A hybrid tea rose, Eternal Flame flowers in continuous waves over a long season, from late spring to late fall. Borne singly or in small clusters of 3 to 4 blossoms, the abundant classically shaped, high-centered blooms have 35 large, rounded soft yellow petals and a strong, fresh citrus fragrance of lemon and orange. The long, sturdy stems are ideal for cutting.

Eternal Flame is a tall bush with an erect, upright habit of very dense glossy foliage. The bush has above average winter hardiness and excellent disease resistance, especially to Marssonia (leaf blight). Hybrid tea roses work well in single plantings and mixed beds.
