Thanks to the large, fully double blooms and the plant’s habit of bearing them in large clusters, you can make a plush and gorgeous bouquet with just a single snip.

Bred by Jackson & Perkins’ own William Warriner in 1980, this fantastic floribunda went on to win All-American Rose Selections Honors in 1982, and the rest is history. This child of Dr. A. J. Verhage and Bridal Pink is an incredible confluence of plush blooms, light spicy fragrance, and unbeatable garden performance. In our trials the bright green foliage has displayed excellent resistance to powdery mildew and rust, even in hot and humid conditions. This makes it uniquely suited to taking a place of prominence in warm-climate rose gardens.

This cultivar is highly floriferous. At just about 3 to 4 feet high by 3 feet wide, the compact habit makes French Lace fantastic for containers. The fragrance is at once spicy and sweet, redolent of fruit and cloves.

Showing exceptional tolerance of heat, powdery mildew, and rust, as well as a carefree blooming habit, this compact floribunda is one of the most dependable and easy roses you could ask for. Plant French Lace in sunny, well-drained spot and watch it thrive.
