Slowly spreading to fill spots, these free-flowering blooms are long-loved so you have a luscious plant through autumn. Tricyrtis ‘Sinonome’ loves moisture and presents bright green leaves on long, strong stems. Topping its ladder are long violet buds that begin in late summer and open to reveal a one inch flower of cream white and burgundy petals. Its unique beauty is freckled and streaked with plenty of color.
Within a season or two, you will have two feet wide plants that are not disrupted by most diseases and pests. Space each plant about two feet apart in consistently moist soil. Partial to full shade will give you a beautiful woodland garden or indoor arrangement.
